WHAT YOU CAN DO
As a Student Sustainability Analyst, you will help in developing high performance solutions on
projects and maintaining the firm’s best-in-class knowledge in community and building performance.
To achieve this, you will:
• Research principles of energy/carbon/material flows in buildings, human comfort and
business performance to contribute to leading edge design solutions for new and existing
developments
• Prepare content for reports and presentations
HEALTHY LOW-CARBON CIRCULAR
• Contribute to the development of new ideas, workflows and tools for the Company
• Engage in continual learning to understand the systems needed for a healthy, circular, low-
carbon economy
WHO YOU ARE

are invested in personal betterment.The attributes/skills you bring include:
• Proficiency in written and oral communication, using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Two or three years of success in undergraduate studies in Architecture, Architectural
Science/Technology, Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, Planning, Construction or
Building Science
• Valuable experience would include experience/exposure to some or all the following:
o Data management and visualization with large data sets including tools such as MS
Access, SQL, API connectivity, Skyspark, Switch Automation, Coppertree, Rhino,
SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, eQuest, IES, Energyplus,
Sefaira, Wufi, PHPP, Radiance, DIVA, OpenFoam, Fluent, Python, Ruby, Grasshopper,
Ladybug, etc.
o Sustainability rating systems and certification programs such as LEED, Energy Star, Zero
Carbon Building, Passive House, GRESB, WELL, Fitwel, or others
