Hello Neighbour Account and Data Deletion Request
Hello Neighbour users may request deletion of their app account and associated personal data.
To request account deletion, please email us at helloneighbour@ysm.ca with the subject line: “Hello Neighbour Account Deletion Request.”
Please include the email address or username associated with your Hello Neighbour account so we can identify the account.
When we receive your request, we will delete your Hello Neighbour account and the personal data associated with that account, unless certain information must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational record-keeping reasons.
We will confirm receipt of your request and aim to complete the deletion process within a reasonable period of time.
